Floor plans are fixed pricing at $150 per floor. Place your order at floortype.com/order, upload your architectural drawings, and we'll get started within 48 hours of receiving your materials.
What information do I need to provide? +
For floor plans, we need your architectural drawings (PDF, DWG, or image format). For renderings, the more reference material the better — floor plans, elevations, FF&E specs, material boards, and inspiration imagery all help us deliver more accurate results. Don't worry if your set isn't complete; we can work with what you have and gather the rest during scoping.
Do I need to have a complete set of drawings? +
No. We work with projects at all stages of design, from early concept through construction documents. Submit what you have and we'll let you know what else we might need during scoping.
03 Pricing & Payment
How is pricing determined for custom renderings? +
Rendering pricing depends on the type of views (interior, exterior, aerial, 360° virtual tour), the number of images, and the complexity of the project. Our estimator on the quote form gives you a ballpark range, and we'll send a firm price within 24 hours of your submission.
When do I pay? +
For floor plans, payment is collected at checkout before production begins. For custom rendering projects, payment terms are outlined in your quote. No payment is ever required before you've approved a quote.
Do you offer Net 30 invoicing? +
Yes. Net 30 invoicing is available for qualified clients and studios. Contact us to discuss account terms.
04 Production & Revisions
How long does production take? +
Floor plans are delivered within 48 hours of receiving complete reference materials. Custom rendering projects follow a standard 4–8 week production window, depending on scope and complexity. Expedited timelines are available at an additional fee.
How many revisions are included? +
All projects include 2 full rounds of revisions plus a final round. Each draft is delivered through your client portal via ReviewStudio, where you can leave annotated comments directly on the images. Additional revision rounds can be added for a fee.
How do I leave feedback on drafts? +
Drafts are shared through ReviewStudio — a professional annotation platform that lets you pin comments directly on the rendering. When you're done reviewing, you confirm completion in your client portal, which notifies our team to begin revisions.
Can I request changes to the camera angle or composition? +
Yes — camera placement, framing, and composition are all part of the revision process. For fly-through animations, there's a dedicated camera path review round before final rendering begins.
05 Deliverables & Files
What file formats will I receive? +
Still renderings are delivered as high-resolution PNG or JPG files suitable for both print and web use. 360° virtual tours are delivered as hosted web embed links. Fly-through animations are delivered as MP4 video files. Specific formats and resolutions are confirmed during scoping based on your intended use.
Are the images license-free? +
Yes. All deliverables are 100% license-free. Once delivered, you own full rights to use the images for any purpose — marketing, sales, social media, print, web, or otherwise — with no royalties or attribution required.
How do I access my delivered files? +
All final files are available to download at any time through your Floortype client portal at floortype.com/portal. Files remain accessible after project completion.

Yes. We work with architects, developers, and real estate professionals globally. All communication and file sharing is handled remotely through our client portal.
Can I submit multiple projects at once? +
Absolutely. Your client portal is designed to manage multiple active projects simultaneously. If you have a large volume of work, contact us to discuss dedicated account management and volume pricing.
What types of projects do you work on? +
